Objective Based Report Card Modifications
Objective Based Report Card Modifications
Development and/or Modification of Objective Based Report Cards
The development of custom objective based report cards was included in the cost of the initial service provided when your district migrated to SYNERGY. If your district plans to change the custom objective based report card, or request the addition of new report card formats for current or additional grade levels, the following fee structure and deadlines will be applicable –
Existing report card modification –
• $75 per hour for format changes. (1/2 hour minimum charge)
New report card formatting –
• $75 for each standard 2 page objective based report card
• $25 for each additional page beyond the initial 2 page format
Our student services staff will provide an estimate of time required to accommodate your report card change requests once they are received.
This will be useful information if your district utilizes a purchase order system.
Process and Deadlines for Objective Based Report Card Modifications
Submit all requested changes for report cards to Region I by June 15th. Email (
diana@region1.k12.mn.us
) or fax (218-236-2368) a copy of the report card with the changes needed.
Region1 will return a PDF file of each report card for you to review before August 1st.
Any
minor
adjustments must be submitted back to Region I by August 15th.
Region I will return a Final PDF file for each report card by September 1st. At that time we will ask the Principal at each building to approve each report card and sign off on the final draft.
Keep in mind that once teachers enter grades on the Report Card Student View or correlates assignments to the objectives – the report cards and views cannot be changed.
We hope this timeline helps with the Objective Based Report Card process and gives you back a report card that is exactly what you expected before school begins.
