QSP Features

Convenient layout with items needed for a transaction appearing on one screen.

QSP Transactions

QSP displays the student's photo and PIN on the screen, along with "buttons" for each food item offered, the student's current balance, the time and date of the transaction.

QSP allows the user to simply choose the student and their lunch items. To "check out" the student, just enter (touch) the button for the food items purchased. A list describing those items appears along with the quantity chosen, cost of each item, and subtotal.

When the transaction is completed, with a push of a button, the software calculates the total amount owed and automatically deducts it from the student's pre-paid balance stored in QSP. A receipt for each transaction can be printed if a receipt printer is installed.

Simple Identification Verification

QSP uses student IDs as identification. A student can be identified by swiping a photo ID through the bar code reader, entering the student's ID into the pin pad, manually typing the ID, or choosing the student's photo from a thumbnail display.

Pay Online

QSP interfaces with most of the leading on-line payment systems, providing you with an opportunity to increase the efficiency of the lunch fee collection process. Parents with internet access can easily add money directly into their child's QSP lunch account using their credit card or other payment options available.

Reports

QSP provides a variety of useful report options to help with the day-to-day management of your food service transaction system, including Transaction History and Patron Activity reports. These reports provide comprehensive data on each patron, showing detailed lunchroom purchases made during the requested time period.
