When running Report Cards for schools using the subject based report cards – check the Attach PDF to Students to create PDFs viewable in ParentVUE. For Objective Based report cards make sure that teachers mark Report Cards "Complete" – this simple action moves the Report Card to ParentVUE.

There is no longer a need to use the percent = zero on an enrollment record to exclude that enrollment record from being extracted. Instead use the Exclude from State Reporting check box that you will find next to the Leave Code on the MARSS tab of the Student view. Synergy Maintenance - New Codes

A new transportation category code was created by MDE for MARSS reporting starting this school year.We added this new code to the appropriate look up table definition for all districts we host.The new code was 07 – Shelter Care Facility and is found in the table K12.Enrollment / User_DD_1 field.There was a new code added to the Instructional Setting area last year and another new one to the same area this year.
