If you have a flex benefit plan, you are now a part of our new employee benefit software with a brand new participant portal to access your current flex account information. The new participant portal provides you with expanded functionality, such as the online claim submission feature, as well as other informational materials for easier administration of your flex benefits plan. As we move forward, we will also be able to administer other employee benefit programs, such as Health Savings Accounts (HSA), so you only have one convenient location to see all of your employee benefit account information.
If you have a current flex account, please click here to go and register on our new secure participant portal. We highly recommend that you do. Your current year plan information, Plan Year 2013 or 2014, including current account activity will be found at this location. NOTE: You will need your Employee ID and Employer ID to register. Your Employer ID will start with REG and end with your 4 digit group number (e.g. REG0001). For complete instructions to log into the participant portal, click here.
You may still access your old account information by using the “Login” feature found in the upper right hand corner of this page. For any new activity, it will all be found on the new participant portal.
