Student Records Exchange

The Synergy Student Records Exchange process dramatically simplifies student transfers from outside your district by facilitating communication and record transfer between districts. When a student enrolls in a district school, the school clerk sends an automated message to the student’s previous school requesting transcript information. Upon approval by the other district, the system sends the student’s course history and attempts to match the incoming course information with course information for the new district. Student Records Exchange then displays the best matches, and the initiating clerk can review and make adjustments before the data is entered into the student’s new course history. Demographic information is handled the same way.
