If you are using the OneRoster API connection in Synergy to send data to one or more third party programs, please make sure that you are pointing to the correct school year for the data. That value does not change automatically, so you will need to go to either the Grade Book Config screen or the Third Party Integration screen while choosing the OneRoster option in the dropdown. Changing that in either of those locations will reflect that change in the other location.
You should have only one school year set to sync, so please make sure that you do not have multiple lines in the grid on Grade Book Config or multiple years checked on Third Party Integration.
