Submission:
FINAL EOY DATA DUE: Only electronic appeal Web Files will be accepted after this date.

FALL 2026
Submission:
Used for: Child Count, Compensatory Revenue, Verification of Charter School ADM Estimates
Thursday, October 9th: Files due to RMIC
Thursday, October 16th: Files due to MDE
** If you have Region 1 upload your files, please submit them by the due to RMIC date. This will ensure there is time to run an edit, send and receive a release, and upload to MDE. Unfortunately if you wait until the MDE deadline we are unable to guarantee your files will be uploaded in time.
Mark Your Calendar
October 14th @ 2:00 pm: Synergy User Group Meeting hosted by Kari Johnson at MDE. A link for the call will be sent out via email closer to the date.
October 22nd @ 2:00 pm: Edupoint State Reporting call. A link for the call will be sent out via email closer to the date.
October 29th & 30th: Region 1 Synergy Business Conference. Region 1 support will be limited these days.

Helpful Tips
- If you need assistance with how to run a comparison report or how to run your Ed-Fi data through MARSS WES, please reach out to ed-fi.mde@state.mn.us . Kari Johnson has been hosting one-on-ones with districts to go through these processes.
- When working on your comparison report be sure to do a MARSS upload so you have current data to work with.
- If Region 1 uploads your files, please email marss@region1.k12.mn.us and let us know that the files on the FTP site are for your comparison report and no release will be needed.
- Please make sure you submit clean files before the deadline or MDE will take previous uploads. There is no way for us to tell them one upload is for comparison and one upload is for the deadline.
