TimeClock Plus – Audit Log

The Audit Log allows you to see when changes have been made to an employee’s hours, who made the changes, and when an employee has incomplete clock operations.

  • It can be found under Tools | Other Tools | Audit Log.
  • The Hours Audit Log provides a record of added, edited, or deleted segments. This includes who made the changes and when.
  • The Incomplete Clock Operation Audit Log shows when an employee has not completed a clock operation. Examples could include: an attempted clock in/out outside of scheduled times and cancelled clock operations.
  • All audit information is permanent and cannot be changed or deleted by any users or employees.
