From the Job Queue Viewer screen (for your own jobs), or the Job Q Adm Viewer (for all jobs), check the Show Recurring box, and click Filter. These are the jobs in Synergy that are scheduled to run sometime in the future, and it is a good idea to monitor them.
Also note that by showing the detail on a job, you can see important details such as which year it was scheduled in. For best results, you want only jobs scheduled in the current school year.
