Region 1 will be applying an update to Synergy on Saturday, December 9th. Please plan for Synergy to be down the entire day for this update.
This update will include fixes for:
- District Grade Book
- OneRoster Sync Issue (workaround was emailed to impacted districts 8/31/23)
- Errors on Student Profile screen
- Ed-Fi, including Early Ed Program Reporting functionality
- Reports, including GRD415 rounding GPA incorrectly
- Mail Merge Definition icons
- ParentVUE email content based on language
- GRD202 and GRD203 Report Card Printing issue (workaround was emailed to impacted districts 11/9/2023)
Make sure you are using the most up-to-date apps on mobile devices to use the newest fixes, features, and functionality.
