Recently an email went out about an issue with Communication in TeacherVUE. Please make your teachers are aware of this, as it will impact them until we have a fix in place. If you are noticing that the Section Totals are not correct on your section, or the number of students that teachers are seeing does not match the number of students they should have, you need to Sync Section Totals. This is done from the Menu on the Section screen, and will need to be done at each school that is experiencing this mismatch. Synergy SIS->MN->MIIC->MIIC ExtractWith the most recent update that was applied, there was a new screen added for extracting the information out of Synergy to load into MIIC called MIIC Extract. This screen replaces the need for the Query that was used previously to pull the student information out of Synergy to create the list in MIIC.
