Human Resources Support Service

Have questions about COBRA? Looking for more information on the Affordable Care Act? Need help regarding FMLA?  Or perhaps you have immediate concerns about OSHA reporting, HIPAA compliance, or wage garnishments?

Region 1 has teamed up  with our friends at ARCC, cmERDC, SWWC, and Region V to offer a new Human Resources Support Service to member districts who use our SMART HR Payroll services - at no additional cost. It is designed to provide your district with easy access to HR topics and support for any pressing HR-related issues you may be struggling with.

On an annual basis, our member districts will receive:
  • Newsletters in the Fall, Winter and Spring
  • Group Webinars in the Fall, Winter and Spring
  • HR Support e-mail site – 48 hour response time
  • Best Practices/Q&A Discussion Board website 
Newsletter archives, discussion board documents, webinar recordings and training handouts will be available on the discussion board website.

We will soon be disseminating user passwords and information for access to the HR Support e-mail address and Best Practices Discussion Board website.
